Your mission: grow our patient base, integrate new clinics, and build partnerships with corporate wellness programs. Key Responsibilities: Driveend-to-end patient lead management— from marketing-generated leads to paid consultations and long-term packages.Develop and executeclinic onboardingstrategies across multiple cities.Pitch and managecorporate wellness partnershipswith HR, hospitals, and fitness networks.Leadsocial media strategy and growth campaignsto build brand trust and patient engagement.Build and manage a small team forsales, marketing, and digital performance.UseCRMtrack performance and optimize conversion.Report directly to the COO/ CHO and collaborate with medical operations, tech, and creative teams.Who You AreWe’re not looking for a “typical salesperson.” We want agrowth-minded operatorwho can blend healthcare empathy with startup hustle. Preferred Qualifications: MBA / PGDM inMarketing, Healthcare Management, or Business Development2-5 years of experience inhealthtech, wellness, diagnostics, or hospital business developmentExperience incorporate wellness, B2B partnerships, or digital patient acquisitionProficiency inCRM toolsand comfort with data analyticsExcellent communication & presentation skillsConfident communicator, persuasive negotiator, and hands-on operator.Languages Required: ️English, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam ( ANY 3 mandatory).
