What we are looking for?
Sambodhi Research and Communications Pvt. Ltd. and EducationNest, a leading provider of corporate training and workforce development solutions, is seeking a Manager for Corporate Partnerships & Business Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading B2B client acquisition, driving strategic partnerships, and supporting revenue growth. You will be identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with HR and L&D leaders, and closing high-value corporate training contracts across various industries.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B/enterprise sales, preferably in the corporate training, edtech, or L&D industry.
Proven track record in closing large, high-value deals and managing key accounts.
Develop and execute a robust B2B sales strategy focused on enterprise clients.
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and engaging potential clients to contract closure.
Build and manage long-term relationships with HR, L&D heads, and CXOs.
Excellent communication, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.
Salary Range: ₹8–12 LPA (Negotiable for the right candidate).
Working Days: Monday to Friday.
