The Opportunity:

As our Partnerships & Communications Lead, you will be the strategic architect of HSNFT's growth. You will be responsible for expanding the coalition of partners and securing the financial resources required to scale our innovative healthcare model across India.

This is a foundational leadership role for a natural networker and storyteller who can translate our on-ground impact into compelling proposals and powerful public narratives. You will be at the forefront of building a sustainable social enterprise, securing the funding that fuels our mission, and amplifying our story to a national audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute HSNFT's comprehensive fundraising strategy, with a focus on securing multi-year CSR grants and foundation funding.
• Identify, cultivate, and manage a high-value pipeline of strategic partners, including corporations, NGOs, government bodies, and academic institutions.
• Write exceptional, data-driven grant proposals, partnership decks, and impact reports that clearly articulate our value proposition and results.
• Lead the development and rollout of our B2B Corporate Wellness Camp initiative, a key revenue stream for the Trust.
• Manage all external communications, including the HSNFT LinkedIn page, press releases, website content, and quarterly impact briefs for stakeholders.
• Represent HSNFT at conferences, industry events, and partner meetings to build our network and elevate our brand profile.

Who You Are (Skills & Qualifications):

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of building relationships and raising funds in the social impact sector.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
  Master's degree (MBA, MSW, Public Policy, or Communications) with extensive experience.
• Professional Experience:
  3-5+ years of experience in a relevant role, such as corporate CSR, non-profit fundraising, business development, or strategic partnerships.

  Exceptional proposal and grant writing skills are non-negotiable. Demonstrated success in securing CSR or foundation grants. Strong financial acumen with the ability to create budgets and impact reports. Expertise in managing professional communications channels.
