Job description :-
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve assigned sales & revenue targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients across diverse industries.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — lead generation, proposal development, negotiation and closure.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships with promoters and senior executives.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and responses to RFPs in coordination with technical teams.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasts using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on compliance, sustainability, and environmental regulations to deliver informed solutions.
- Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and industry events.
Required Skills & Experience :-
- 5–8 years of proven B2B sales experience in professional services, consulting, or project-based businesses.
- 3–4 years of experience in industrial consulting, sustainability, or regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated record of achieving/exceeding 100–120% of sales targets.
- Experience managing long-cycle, high-value B2B sales (₹1–5 lakhs+).
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
Qualifications :-
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field (mandatory).
- Certifications in Sustainability, Environmental Management, or Sales will be an added advantage
