Job Summary: As an Executive Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior executives and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions within the organization. You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, handle confidential information, and act as a liaison between executives and various stakeholders. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining efficiency and effectiveness in executive operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives.
  • Meeting Coordination: Arrange and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and organizing logistics.
  • Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of senior executives.
  • Document Management: Prepare and review reports, presentations, and correspondence. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Project Support: Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed.
  • Office Management: Oversee administrative functions such as office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
  • Team Support: Provide support to other administrative staff members and ensure seamless teamwork within the administrative department.
  • Problem Solving: Address administrative issues and concerns, finding solutions and implementing improvements where necessary.
  • Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or similar role, preferably at least 2 years.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Office Management or Executive Assistance.
  • Experience in handling international travel arrangements and visa processes.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹50,000.00 per month
