**Job Summary**: As an Executive Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior executives and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions within the organization. You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, handle confidential information, and act as a liaison between executives and various stakeholders. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining efficiency and effectiveness in executive operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Calendar Management**: Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Arrange and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and organizing logistics.
- **Communication**: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of senior executives.
- **Document Management**: Prepare and review reports, presentations, and correspondence. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- **Project Support**: Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed.
- **Office Management**: Oversee administrative functions such as office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
- **Team Support**: Provide support to other administrative staff members and ensure seamless teamwork within the administrative department.
- **Problem Solving**: Address administrative issues and concerns, finding solutions and implementing improvements where necessary.
- **Policy Adherence**: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or similar role, preferably at least 2 years.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Certification in Office Management or Executive Assistance.
- Experience in handling international travel arrangements and visa processes.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,203.82 - ₹50,000.00 per month
