
Facilities Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all facility-related inquiries and service requests.
- Coordinate routine maintenance and emergency repairs with vendors and service providers.
- Monitor building security, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Track inventory and order office and facility supplies as needed.
- Assist in managing office moves, furniture setups, and space planning.
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, vendor contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Support health and safety compliance efforts, including inspections and audits.
- Communicate with staff regarding facility-related updates and issues.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in facilities coordination or office administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office
