Job Opportunity

This role oversees overall facility and administrative activities, ensuring a safe and customer-focused work environment.

  • Daily, weekly, and monthly technical checks according to the planned maintenance schedule.
  • Maintenance and troubleshooting on conveyors involving automation, such as programmable logic controllers, supervisory control and data acquisition, human machine interface, variable frequency drives, field sensors, sortation systems, and control cabinets.
  • Participating in tele-support calls for corrective maintenance, service, and repair works.
  • Coordinating with vendors for systems under warranty or annual maintenance contract.
  • Diesel generator maintenance.
  • Ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring methods and materials.
  • Ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, photoelectric eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tachs, and encoders.
  • Committed to supporting production by working in a safe, customer-focused manner.
  • Minor refurbishment and upgrade work for building finishes, fixtures, fittings, and equipment, fixed furniture, and operational support equipment like trollies, cages, carts.
  • Regular checks of fire alarm and fire extinguishers.
  • Maintenance, oiling, greasing of carts, trolleys, pumps, rolling shutters.
  • Attending regular electrical works.
  • Height work, hot work permit issuance.
  • Minor civil and plumbing corrective maintenance calls.
  • Providing daily reports on tele-support closures and open cases and root cause analysis.
  • Care of soft services activities i.e. pest control, housekeeping, scrap and garbage disposal. Handling agency staff and overall shift management.

Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics, Controls & Instrumentation with necessary experience of minimum two years.
