Job Title:

A dedicated Team Member is required to manage day-to-day operations related to soft services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise space planning and office utilization.
  2. Coordinate Facility Operations (FO) support and infrastructure maintenance.
  3. Monitor TFM partner performance, analyzing SLA/KPI scorecards.
  4. Ensure R&M Vendor compliance, monitoring sustainability & Environment monthly MIS.
  5. Supervise operation of STP & OWC Plant, tracking Capex and R&M expenses.
  6. Collaborate with Sourcing manager on supplier related performance and contract matters.
  7. Support budgeting, financial review and reporting.
  8. Implement company Health, Safety, and Environment policies.
  9. Comply with statutory / legal requirements for campus, offices & ensure service partners are compliant.
  10. Responsible for Campus Horticulture.
  11. Provide customer satisfaction through service excellence.
  12. Manage relationships with internal teams and leadership on key initiatives.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in facility management, audit management, vendor and staff management, leadership and people development, safety and compliance knowledge, project execution and budgeting.
