Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the facilities and engineering teams to achieve excellence in preventive maintenance programs. This involves ensuring energy conservation practices, managing M&E scope of projects, and providing comprehensive facility and contract management.

The role requires expertise in workplace operations, electrical, HVAC, IBMS operations, HSSE documentation, and ad hoc project executions and communications. The individual must also have experience in facility floor operations, risk assessments, and incident management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of engineering and operational procedures and roll them out for site staff
  • Establish contacts with local authorities/landlord on facility-related issues and maintain relationships
  • Responsible for all legal & authority-related compliances pertaining to facility & engineering systems
  • Plan and manage budgets for Engineering & Operational contracts
  • Carry out technical audits for all installations at periodical intervals
  • Review the maintenance/service practices of M&E Contractors to deliver quality work practices in line with manufacturer recommendations
  • Plan & take responsibility for smooth operations of all Mechanical, Electrical, plumbing installations, and Civil works pertaining to the facility
  • Responsible for planning a critical spares list for all installations as per manufacturer's recommendations and inventory
  • Periodically inspect the logbooks, checklists, and PPM schedules for better management of Engineering systems
  • Work towards ZERO downtime and set up practices to ensure the delivery of seamless service to Clients
">Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess a BE in Electrical Engineering and have 3 to 5 years of experience in facilities operations.
