
Facilities Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workplace Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our workplace, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standard.
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage site operations, including monitoring housekeeping activities and arranging consumables and supplies.
- Interface with pest control vendors to carry out pest control activities at the facility.
- Monitor mail room activities and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Ensure compliance audit documents are submitted by vendors in a timely manner.
- Interact with housekeeping vendors and manage ground teams to ensure on-time deliverables.
- Routine inspection of services to maintain performance measures.
- Support Assistant Workplace Manager in administrative functions, security issues, and workplace services.
- Briefing staff during shift deployment and communicate priorities of the day.
- Oversee pantry equipment and reprographic equipment operations.
- Communicate incidents, issues, and pending problems to the Assistant Workplace Manager.
- Take regular rounds of the workplace and fill 'Don't Walk By' reports.
- Identify issues at the workplace and initiate immediate rectification actions.
- Monitor cafeteria kitchen cleanliness, vending machines, stock maintenance, and availability.
- Monitor food vendors at the site.
- Maintain soft services stores and stocks as per standards.
- Indent monthly requirements for soft services.
- Involve in vendor staff training and development.
- Manage concierge requests from clients through office boys.
- Manage laundry.
- Maintain artifacts asset register on a quarterly basis.
- Vendor grooming and real-time monitoring of services, periodic reviews, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure vendor background checks are maintained regularly.
Performance Objectives:
- Provide superior client service (weighting 50%).
- Initiative or process improvement in the functional area (weighting 40%).
- Personal and professional development (weighting 10%).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Team handling experience.
- Good working knowledge of soft services.
- Computer knowledge.
- Good communication skills.
Candidate Specification:
- Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in facilities/event management industry into IT/Banking/Corporate set up.
