Property Operations Leader

What this role involves:

Prioritizing Property Needs

This position requires overseeing the day-to-day operations of a property. The successful candidate will work closely with both facilities managers and assistant facilities managers to ensure that all administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are covered.

The person in charge will strive for continuous improvement in processes, ensuring that all tasks are performed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing Supply and Service Contracts
  • Monitoring Property Supplies
  • Handling Emergency Evacuation Procedures
  • Crisis Management and Business Continuity Plans
  • Health and Safety Issues

In addition, the Property Operations Leader will be responsible for monitoring the property's budget, ensuring that there is adequate petty cash to support operations.
