Job Title: Senior Facility Executive
Job Description:The Senior Facility Executive plays a vital role in supporting the Facility Manager with ongoing facility and team-related responsibilities, including budgetary requests, analysis, and reporting.
- Budgetary Requests: The Senior Facility Executive will assist in preparing and submitting budgetary requests to ensure timely allocation of resources.
- Financial Analysis: They will work closely with the team to identify financial or budgeting-related issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Cost Savings Targets: The Senior Facility Executive is responsible for supporting facility-specific cost savings targets to contribute to achieving significant savings.
- Audit Support: They will assist with requests associated with Jones Lang LaSalle Management, Operations, and Financial audits.
- Guest Services: The Senior Facility Executive will provide support for guests, visitors, and employees at client locations.
- Work Request Management: They will assist with receiving and dispatching of work requests to technical staff, vendors, or other service providers.
- Problem Resolution: The Senior Facility Executive will resolve problems associated with all services, including Soft Services, Housekeeping, janitorial, food service, coffee services, parking, vending, conference rooms, cubes, as well as interior and exterior furnishings, fixtures, and equipment.
- Customer Service: Superior customer service skills and orientation are essential for this role.
- Professionalism: Ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situations.
- Time Management: Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints.
- Multitasking: Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and possess strong written, verbal, and people skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and collaborative style needed.
- Administrative Capabilities: Must be proficient at Excel Spreadsheets and administrative capability of customizing administrative reports.
- Database Management: Ensure accuracy and timely updates to all database files, contacts, contracts, vendors, landlords, emergency files, etc., and recurring client and Sr. Facility Manager documentation and reporting requirements.
- Degree Requirement: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Basic Knowledge: Basic knowledge of MS Word, Word, Excel, Email, Outlook.
