Job Overview

PTC is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Infrastructure Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of workplace infrastructure, equipment, and ancillary services.

This includes managing support staff, maintaining facility infrastructure, monitoring maintenance activities, and ensuring timely processing of purchase requests and vendor invoices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain facility infrastructure, equipment, and services to meet operational requirements
  • Monitor and address sudden malfunctions, respond to urgent maintenance requests, and perform repairs as needed
  • Inventory management, ensure all essential supplies are in stock
  • Collaborate with vendors/contractors/suppliers to maintain optimal facility conditions
  • Plan routine checks and regular site equipment maintenance activities
  • Support company-wide site events and employee engagement activities
