Facility Management Coordinator

  • About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Facility Management Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our facilities, including coordinating with various stakeholders, managing maintenance schedules, and tracking expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding promptly to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate with our maintenance teams to ensure that all facilities are well-maintained and repairs are carried out efficiently.
  • Expense Tracking: Track and manage all expenses related to facility maintenance, including preparing budgets and monitoring actuals versus budgeted amounts.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all facility-related activities, including maintenance schedules, expense reports, and customer correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualifications: Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
