We are looking for a dynamic, data-driven, and creative Assistant Brand Manager Marketing to lead the growth of Raise Beauty's product line. This is a products-focused, purely digital role  where you will define and execute strategies to grow the brand's awareness, engagement, and sales online, ensuring a strong and differentiated presence in the beauty products space.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the digital brand strategy, positioning, and messaging for Raise Beauty's products across all online channels.
  • Plan and execute digital-first campaigns (social media, influencer, performance marketing, content) aligned with business and sales goals.
  • Own the content and creative direction for product packaging communication, website, social media, and digital ads.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing, product development, sales, and design teams to deliver seamless and impactful online brand experiences.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns using data — track key digital KPIs like awareness, engagement, sentiment, and ROI.
  • Identify and drive strategic digital partnerships, influencer collaborations, and content initiatives that strengthen the products' brand equity.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, consumer insights, and competitor products to refine brand strategies and maintain relevance.

Requirements:

  • 3 - 4 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in D2C, FMCG, lifestyle, or beauty sectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and content strategy.
  • A creative thinker with a sharp eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and consumer engagement
  • Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a sense of ownership, agility, and bias for action.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional communication skills
