About the Role:

4PM News Network is looking for an experienced and dynamic
Marketing Manager
to lead our branding and advertising sales efforts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing strategic marketing campaigns, building partnerships, and driving revenue growth through innovative brand collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote 4PM News Network's media and digital platforms.
  • Drive advertising sales through strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and branded content.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients to expand the advertising portfolio.
  • Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with editorial, creative, and sales teams to deliver impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
  • Stay updated with media and advertising trends to enhance competitiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4–7 years of experience in
    marketing, branding, or advertising sales
    , preferably in a media or news organization.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition, media sales, or brand partnerships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Creative mindset with analytical abilities to measure campaign impact.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
