We are looking for a Brand Marketing Executive to support daily marketing activities for Foot Locker, FILA, New Era. The role involves helping with social media planning, campaign and event execution, influencer management, and coordination with internal teams.

Location : Mumbai, Kurla West

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Support

Help plan and execute monthly social media calendars.

Coordinate with creative and digital agencies for content and approvals.

Track post performances and engagement.

  1. Campaigns & Events

Support the planning and execution of brand campaigns, store activations, and promotional events.

Coordinate sourcing and logistics for shoots and events.

Work with agencies and vendors to ensure smooth execution.

  1. Influencer Management

Handle large influencer seeding programs influencers per brand).

Manage product dispatches, packaging, and tracking.

Maintain influencer lists and monitor content performance.

  1. Cross-Team Coordination

Work closely with Visual Merchandising, Brand, and Operations teams for product and inventory management.

Support on-ground event and activation planning.

Requirements:

Graduate in Marketing, Communication, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, social media, or events (retail/fashion/sports preferred).

Good coordination and communication skills.

Interest in sneakers, fashion, and youth culture.
