Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Renewal & Retention:

Proactively contact existing bank customers whose products/contracts are approaching their renewal date.

Manage the end-to-end renewal process, ensuring high retention rates and minimizing customer churn.

Identify reasons for potential non-renewal and implement solutions to retain the customer's business.

  1. Relationship Management & Service:

Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty.

Handle customer queries, grievances, and service requests related to renewals promptly and effectively.

Provide accurate information on renewal terms, pricing, and any changes in product features.

  1. Cross-selling & Up-selling (Value Addition):

Identify opportunities during the renewal process to cross-sell or up-sell additional bank products or enhanced services based on customer needs.

Position the value of continuing the existing relationship and services.

  1. Documentation & Compliance:

Ensure all renewal documentation and necessary updates are completed accurately and on time.

Maintain and update customer records and activities accurately in the CRM system.

Qualifications and Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (or equivalent qualification).

Experience: in Sales, Customer Service, Tele-sales, or Retention, preferably in the Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI) sector. Freshers with exceptional communication skills may be considered.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and [Local Language, e.g., Hindi/Marathi] is highly desirable.

Customer Focus: A strong customer-centric approach with a proven ability to build rapport.

Location: Must be willing to work from the assigned office location in Mumbai
