Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Sales, based in Jaipur. The Head of Sales will lead and manage the sales team, drive revenue growth, develop and maintain client relationships, and oversee account management. Responsibilities include setting sales strategies, meeting sales targets, analyzing market trends to identify opportunities, and mentoring team members to enhance their performance and achieve goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and inform impactful sales strategies
- Experience in Account Management and fostering strong client relationships
- Proven expertise in Sales, including deal closing, pipeline management, and growth strategies
- Strong Team Management and Sales Management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and guide teams effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Experience in the wedding planning or events industry is a plus
