Job Description Profile Description: We are seeking an experienced Sales Head to join our innovative Web3 Company. As the Sales Head your primary responsibility is to drive sales growth and revenue by promoting and selling the company's offerings. You with play a crucial role in developing and executing sales strategies,  generating leads,     g  building relationships with clients, and closing deals. Your focus will be on targeting customers interested in leveraging blockchain technology, engaging in crypto trading activities, and exploring opportunities in the web3 space. While experience in the Web3  industry is preferred, it is not mandatory. We are open to candidates with a proven track record in sales who are eager to learn and adapt to the unique challenges and opportunities presented by the Web3 landscape. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the executive team to develop a comprehensive sales strategy and roadmap aligned     with the company's objectives; Identify target markets, customer segments, and sales channels for the company's blockchain-based     products, crypto trading services, and web3 solutions; Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, regulatory requirements, and  competitive landscape related to blockchain technology, crypto trading, and the web3 space. Lead Generation and Conversion: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by generating leads through various channels,  including networking, referrals, online platforms, and partnerships; Qualify leads and convert them into potential prospects by understanding their requirements, educating   them about the benefits of blockchain technology, crypto trading, and web3 solutions, and positioning the  company's offerings accordingly; Engage in consultative selling by providing value-added insights, conducting product demonstrations, and  delivering persuasive presentations to key decision-makers. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges, and       positioning the company's solutions and services as valuable assets; Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing product information,     resolving concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction; Continuously nurture client relationships through regular communication, proactive support, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of our products; Sales Negotiation and Closure: Lead sales negotiations, prepare proposals, and collaborate with the legal team to finalize contracts and agreements. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the management team, highlighting successes,   challenges, and recommended strategies for achieving sales targets; Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement  corrective actions.

Education/Experience Qualification: Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. Required Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and industry trends. Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and exceed expectations. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Experience in the Web3 industry is a plus, but not mandatory. Willingness to learn and embrace the Web3  ecosystem is essential. Required Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in proven success in sales, preferably in a B2C environment.
