Roles and Responsibilities Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the executive team to develop a comprehensive sales strategy and roadmap alignednbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;with thenbsp;companys objectives; Identify target markets, customer segments, and sales channels for the companys blockchainbasednbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;products,nbsp;crypto trading services, and web3 solutions; Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, regulatory requirements, and nbsp;competitive landscape related to blockchain technology, crypto trading, and the web3 space. Lead Generation and Conversion: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by generating leads through various channels,nbsp;nbsp;includingnbsp;networking, referrals, online platforms, and partnerships; Qualify leads and convert them into potential prospects by understanding their requirements, educatingnbsp;nbsp;nbsp;themnbsp;about the benefits of blockchain technology, crypto trading, and web3 solutions, and positioning thenbsp;nbsp;companysnbsp;offerings accordingly; Engage in consultative selling by providing valueadded insights, conducting product demonstrations, andnbsp;nbsp;deliveringnbsp;persuasive presentations to key decisionmakers. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges, andnbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;positioning thenbsp;companys solutions and services as valuable assets; Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing product information,nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;resolvingnbsp;concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction; Continuously nurture client relationships through regular communication, proactive support, andnbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;identifyingnbsp;opportunities for upselling and crossselling of our products; Sales Negotiation and Closure: Lead sales negotiations, prepare proposals, and collaborate with the legal team to finalize contracts and agreements. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the management team, highlighting successes,nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;challenges,nbsp;and recommended strategies for achieving sales targets; Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and implementnbsp;nbsp;correctivenbsp;actions. Desired Candidate Profile Qualification:nbsp;Education: BachelorsMasters degreeDiploma in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. Required Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and industry trends. Selfmotivated and driven to achieve targets and exceed expectations. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Experience in the Web3 industry is a plus, but not mandatory. Willingness to learn and embrace the Web3 nbsp;ecosystem is essential.
