Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur as a State Head at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance. The State Head will be responsible for leading and managing the business operations within the region, driving sales targets, developing strategic initiatives to enhance market penetration, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. The role involves overseeing regional teams to ensure excellent execution of sales strategies, reviewing performance metrics, and implementing improvement measures to achieve organizational goals. The State Head will also maintain close coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance with corporate guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
  • Experience in strategic planning, sales planning, and market analysis
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive operational excellence
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
