Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for the position of Head Of Department Recruitment And Talent Acquisition. The day-to-day tasks involve leading and managing the talent acquisition team, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, overseeing the recruitment process, and ensuring the successful acquisition of top talent across various departments. The role also includes coordinating with department heads to understand their staffing needs, managing recruitment budgets, and maintaining an employer branding strategy to attract potential candidates.
