Head of Sales

The sales head will be responsible for shaping and executing the sales strategy for a luxury jewellery brand specializing in high-value gemstones. This role demands deep expertise in luxury sales, strong market intelligence, and exceptional relationship-building skills with high net-worth clients. The Sales Head will lead and grow the sales team, elevate client engagement, expand global channels, and ensure premium brand representation across all touchpoints.

Professional Experience
- 8–12+ years of experience in luxury jewellery or high-value luxury goods, with at least 4–5 years in a leadership position.
- Strong track record of driving multimillion-dollar sales in fine jewellery or gemstone-led product lines.
- Experience managing HNI/UHNI clients and elite international markets (preferred).

- Deep knowledge of gemstones (color stones, diamonds, rare gems).
