Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the State Head at Twieto Private Limited, located in Jaipur. The State Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing regional operations, developing and executing sales strategies, and supervising the performance of the sales team. This role entails identifying business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the achievement of targets and operational excellence within the region. Collaboration with management and other teams to implement the company's vision will also be a core focus.

  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentoring and guiding team members
  • Strong sales and business development skills, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
  • Expertise in building and maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, and collaborative teams
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills for formulating effective business strategies
  • Solid communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in market analysis and competitor research
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in fast-paced environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA is a plus
  • Prior experience in a regional leadership role within the mobile accessories or consumer electronics industry is highly preferred
