Job Title: Team Manager Admission & Outreach (Rajasthan State)

Location: Rajasthan (Jaipur or other major city)

Reporting To: Regional Director / Head – Admissions & Outreach

Department: Admissions and Marketing

Job Summary:

The Team Manager – Admission & Outreach for Rajasthan is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing admission campaigns and outreach activities across the state. The role requires strategic thinking, people management, and excellent communication skills to build strong connections with schools, colleges, students, and channel partners to meet enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Admission & Enrolment Management:

  • Drive student admissions in Rajasthan to meet university targets.
  • Organize and conduct admission events, seminars, webinars, and counselling sessions.
  • Coordinate with the central admissions team to streamline the application and enrollment process.
  • Maintain and track lead pipelines and conversion metrics using CRM tools.

2. Outreach & Relationship Building:

  • Develop partnerships with schools, coaching centers, and educational consultants across Rajasthan.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, teachers, career counsellors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Represent the university at education fairs, exhibitions, and outreach events in the region.

3. Team Management:

  • Lead and manage a team of admission counsellors and field executives.
  • Allocate tasks, set performance targets, and review progress regularly.
  • Provide training and motivation to ensure high performance from the team.

4. Marketing Coordination:

  • Coordinate with the university's marketing team to localize promotional campaigns in Rajasthan.
  • Provide insights into regional student behavior and preferences to design effective campaigns.
  • Oversee distribution of brochures, banners, and other promotional materials.

5. Reporting & Analytics:

  • Maintain detailed reports on outreach activities, admissions progress, and team performance.
  • Present weekly/monthly reports to senior leadership.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate (mandatory), MBA in Marketing or Education Management preferred.
  • Experience: 7 -10 years in education admissions, outreach, or business development (preferably in higher education).
  • Location Knowledge: Deep understanding of Rajasthan's geography, education ecosystem, and student demographics.
