Job Overview

Nexus Jobs is seeking a Junior Admission Counselor to join our team in Jaipur. This full-time role requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience. The Admission Counselor will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, achieving targets, and contributing to our organization's growth. Candidates should be skilled in student counseling, sales, and target achievement.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in student counseling, with the ability to understand students' needs and provide appropriate guidance. (Mandatory skill)
  • Demonstrated sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and engaging prospective students effectively. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficiency in achieving set targets within the education or recruitment sector. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong skills in phone communication, capable of engaging students and providing them with necessary information clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to conduct effective interviews to assess the needs and fit of prospective students within our programs.
  • Proficient in email correspondence, with the ability to manage queries and follow up with prospective students in a timely manner.
  • Competence in general counseling, offering support and understanding throughout the admission process.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive counseling services to prospective students regarding educational programs and enrollment procedures.
  • Achieve and exceed designated sales targets through various means of outreach and engagement with prospective students.
  • Conduct interviews and provide advice to prospective students on academic programs and requirements.
  • Facilitate the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to admission for all students.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students via phone, email, and other communication methods.
  • Collaborate with academic departments to stay informed about program offerings and updates.
  • Utilize databases to manage enrollments and update student information accurately.
  • Participate in and contribute to school fairs, open houses, and other events to promote the institution.
