Job Overview

We are seeking an Admissions Counselor to join our team in Jaipur. This is a full-time position at the junior level, ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of experience. The role involves guiding prospective students in their academic journeys, managing leads, and conducting presentations to successfully enroll students.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in student counseling to provide personalized guidance to potential students. (Mandatory skill)
  • Expertise in lead generation to attract and convert prospective students into successful enrollments. (Mandatory skill)
  • Outstanding presentation skills to effectively communicate and engage with students and stakeholders. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficiency in application review to assess and facilitate student application processes efficiently.
  • Competency in database management ensuring accurate and organized storage of student records.
  • Experience with CRM software to manage customer interactions and streamline admissions processes.
  • Skills in international sales strategies to attract and onboard students from a global pool.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Generate and manage leads to expand student enrollment numbers effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective students and their families.
