Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Admission Counsellor to join our team. As a key member of our admissions team, you will be responsible for establishing meaningful connections with potential learners, understanding their requirements and facilitating video counselling sessions with our admission counsellors.

As an experienced professional in the field of edtech sales, you will leverage your expertise to engage with assigned leads through effective communication and active listening. You will assess interest, needs, and eligibility for upGrad programs, build rapport, and establish trust with leads to facilitate a smooth enrolment process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with assigned leads through video calls and ensure timely follow-up to maintain momentum.
  • Qualify leads by assessing interest, needs, and eligibility for upGrad programmes.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with leads through effective communication and active listening.
  • Schedule video counselling sessions with admission counsellors for qualified leads.
  • Coordinate schedules and ensure smooth communication between leads and admission counsellors to facilitate enrolment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of edtech-sales experience with at least 1 year spent in a single company.
  • Min Graduation required.
  • Previous experience working a 6-day work week.
  • Currently working as an individual contributor.
  • Proven track record of meeting targets in existing companies.
