About Tribhuvan College:Tribhuvan College is a reputed institution known for academic excellence and student-centric learning. As part of our expanding outreach efforts, we are seeking a motivated and performance-oriented Assistant Manager – Admissions & Outreach to support our admissions team in Patna and contribute to our enrollment growth for the Neemrana campus. Key Responsibilities:Lead admissions and outreach activities in the Patna region to generate quality leads.
Oversee school database collection, outreach initiatives, seminars, and workshops. Ensure effective calling and follow-up on all lead sources including cold calling, event data, and school connects. Counsel students and parents on academic programs and admission procedures.
Achieve team and individual admission targets consistently. Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly reports and dashboards for review. Conduct and manage stand-up calls and internal team reviews.
Train, guide, and motivate the team (telecallers/counselors) to enhance performance and improve conversions. Create impactful presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate with the Senior Manager to align strategies, campaign execution, and reporting structures.
Qualifications & Requirements:Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).4–6 years of experience in admissions, education sales, or outreach with at least 1–2 years in a team handling role. Excellent communication, team leadership, and presentation skills. Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in reporting using Excel/CRM tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform in a target-driven environment.
