\\Job Description:\

A successful Admission Profiler excels in initiating contact with potential leads, thoroughly qualifying them, and cultivating genuine interest and necessity in programs. As an Admission Profiler, you will serve as the vital link between learners and our Admission Counsellors. Your primary objective is to establish meaningful connections, understand requirements, and effectively arrange Video Counselling sessions.

To excel in this role, you will engage assigned leads, qualify them by assessing interest, needs, and eligibility, build rapport and trust through effective communication, schedule Video Counselling sessions, coordinate schedules, and maintain accurate records of lead interactions.

\\Required Skills and Qualifications:\
  • \
  • Minimum 2 years of Edtech-sales experience with at least 1 year spent in a single company.\
  • Graduation required.\
  • Previous experience working a 6-day work week.\
  • Currently working in the capacity of an individual contributor.\
  • Proven track record of meeting targets.\
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, fluency in English, ability to listen effectively, and persuade learners towards attending Video Counselling sessions.\
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite & CRM management for administrative tasks and reporting requirements.\
  • Ability to consistently meet and exceed weekly revenue targets.\
