About the Role
We are looking for a Client Outreach Executive to strengthen our team. The ideal candidate will focus on building client connections, scheduling appointments, and driving engagement through effective outreach and email marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Schedule and manage client meetings/appointments
- Run and track email marketing campaigns
- Maintain client databases and ensure timely follow-ups
- Coordinate with the business development team for lead nurturing
- Ensure all outreach communication is professional and client-focused
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in client outreach, coordination, or a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) is preferred
- Ability to schedule and manage multiple client interactions efficiently
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Basic CRM knowledge is a plus
