Position Summary:

The E-Commerce Head is responsible for driving the online jewellery business by managing digital platforms, enhancing customer experience and achieving sales growth. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end e-commerce strategy, including website operations, digital marketing, merchandising, logistics, and customer engagement. The position requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and knowledge of jewellery retailing in he digital space.

Key Skills & Competencies:

 Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, custom ERP).

 Expertise in
Digital Marketing,
SEO/SEM, social media, and performance marketing.

 Analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive decisions.

 Strong leadership and project management abilities.

 Knowledge of jewellery product lines, certifications, and luxury retail preferred.

 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Educational & Experience Requirements:

 Graduate/Post-graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.

 10-15 years of experience in e-commerce / online sales, with at least of 4-7 years in a leadership role.

 Experience in luxury retail, jewellery, or fashion industry is highly desirable.

 Proven track record of scaling online business.
