About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to develop,

manage, and scale our affiliate marketing program. The ideal candidate will be responsible

for building strong relationships with partners, optimizing affiliate performance, and driving

measurable growth through data-driven strategies. You will collaborate cross-functionally

with marketing, content, and analytics teams to ensure alignment with broader business

goals and ROI targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage the affiliate marketing strategy

to increase brand reach,

revenue, and profitability.


•
Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships

with new affiliate partners, networks,

and influencers.


•
Negotiate contracts, commission structures, and incentives

to maximize ROI and

maintain partner satisfaction.


•
Monitor and analyse affiliate performance metrics

, providing actionable insights

and reporting to leadership.


•
Collaborate with creative and content teams

to develop marketing assets,

promotional materials, and campaigns tailored for affiliates.


•
Ensure compliance

with company brand guidelines, legal standards, and affiliate

network policies.


•
Stay current on industry trends

and identify new opportunities, technologies, or

networks to expand the affiliate program.

Qualifications:


• 2-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management (B2C or

eCommerce preferred).


• Proven success in growing and managing large-scale affiliate programs.


• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in performance tracking and reporting tools
• Experience with SEO, paid media, or influencer marketing is a plus
