Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement effective online marketing strategies to support business growth and brand goals.
  • Digital Marketing Management: Oversee all digital channels, ensuring integration and performance across paid, owned, and earned media.
  • Social Media Management: Develop engaging content, grow community, manage campaigns, and monitor brand sentiment on social platforms.
  • Campaign Performance & Optimization: Track and analyze campaign results, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Monitor trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare timely and accurate reports on marketing activities, KPIs, ROI, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Budget Management: Control and optimize digital marketing spend in line with overall objectives.
  • Team Development: Lead, train, and nurture marketing team members.

Social Media-Specific KRA and KPI
  • Content Strategy Development: Launch viral campaigns, reach monthly engagement growth targets, and keep content calendar adherence.

  • Social Campaign Management: Campaign optimization, A/B testing of creatives, monitor daily performance, and reduce ad spend inefficiencies.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
