We are now expanding our digital footprint and looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist with strong WordPress expertise to join our dynamic team in Jaipur.

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist who can design, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns — while managing and enhancing our WordPress websites for performance, speed, and conversion.

This is a full-time, on-site role at our Malviya Nagar, Jaipur office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns for CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates to achieve marketing goals.
  • Manage and improve the company's WordPress websites — including page design, plugin updates, SEO, and site speed optimization.
  • Build and optimize landing pages and lead funnels to drive high-quality conversions.
  • Implement tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel to ensure accurate campaign data.
  • Analyze campaign performance and present weekly and monthly reports to management.
  • Collaborate closely with design, SEO, and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and creative alignment.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages for performance improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing and WordPress management.
  • Strong command over Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio for reporting and insights.
  • Excellent knowledge of WordPress (themes, plugins, Elementor/Divi, updates, security, speed optimization).
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and conversion rate optimization.
  • Ability to manage marketing budgets, track KPIs, and deliver ROI-focused campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset and data interpretation skills.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and design aesthetics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo).
  • Familiarity with retargeting campaigns and funnel optimization.
  • Experience in B2B or export-based marketing will be an added advantage.
