Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute all aspects of our marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. This role requires a data-driven mindset, creative vision, and strong analytical skills to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies:

- Align marketing goals with overall business objectives.

- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, content, PR, etc.).

- Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (ROI, key metrics, etc.).

- Continuously monitor industry trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

2. Lead and manage all aspects of social media marketing:

- Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns across all relevant platforms.

- Monitor social media conversations and respond to customer inquiries and feedback promptly.

- Track and analyze social media performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Utilize social media advertising to reach target audiences and drive conversions.

3. Drive customer acquisition and lead generation:

- Develop and implement lead generation strategies (e.g., content marketing, email marketing, paid advertising, webinars).

- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and conversion.

4. Budget management:

- Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively.

- Track marketing expenses and ensure they align with budget allocations.

Eligibility & Key Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or digital marketing.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies for consumer or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and advertising tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month
