Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Sales Business Development Manager. The Sales Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, generating leads, presenting and demonstrating DMR's services, negotiating contracts, and maintaining CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, and Social Media
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Familiarity with CRM software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus
