Marketing Manager - StonesOverview: The Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in driving the marketing strategies and initiatives for Stones. They are responsible for overseeing the development and execution of marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and leading a team to achieve marketing objectives.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Stones products and services
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Lead and manage the marketing team to ensure effective project execution
  • Collaborate with other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business goals
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
  • Create and manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
  • Oversee the development of marketing materials, including online and print content
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
  • Identify new marketing channels and opportunities to reach target audiences
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and best practices
  • Coordinate with sales teams to develop and implement joint marketing and sales strategies
  • Participate in the hiring and training of marketing staff
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics and achievements

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in the Stones industry

  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
