Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Marketing Manager to join our team at VES Technosoft in Jaipur. This is a full-time position, also open to internships, requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. The role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance our brand and increase client engagement. The Marketing Manager will work closely with our in-house team, focusing on digital marketing initiatives and supporting overall business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, proficient in applying online strategies to drive engagement and reach objectives (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong acumen in social media strategy, with an ability to effectively plan and execute campaigns across various platforms (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficient in using marketing automation tools to enhance efficiency and improve campaign results (Mandatory skill).
  • Solid understanding of SEO & SEM techniques, capable of optimizing web content and improving search engine visibility.
  • Strong capability in content marketing, able to create compelling content that aligns with business goals and attracts target audiences.
  • Analytically minded, skilled in using data analytics to measure campaign performance and make informed decisions for improvement.
  • Experienced in email marketing, creating and implementing effective campaigns to reach and engage subscribers.
  • Ability to manage PPC campaigns, optimizing spending for maximum return on investment while achieving business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to drive growth and brand recognition.
  • Collaborate with the in-house team to create innovative campaigns that leverage the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, providing insights for optimization.
  • Manage social media platforms, ensuring content is engaging, relevant, and consistent with brand messaging.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes, improve campaign efficiency, and ensure timely execution.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with product development and sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and future strategies to stakeholders.
