About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Offline Marketing Executive to strengthen our brand presence and generate qualified leads through on-ground marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in real estate marketing, banking/financial sector promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities1. Offline Marketing & Branding

  • Plan and execute offline marketing activities such as canopy setups, kiosk activities, housing society campaigns, corporate desk activities, and mall promotions.
  • Coordinate hoardings, print ads, brochures, flyers, standees, and banners in line with brand guidelines.
  • Conduct local market research, competitor analysis, and identify high-potential promotional hotspots in Jaipur.

2. Lead Generation & Customer Engagement

  • Organize and manage on-ground activation drives to generate quality leads for real estate projects.
  • Conduct corporate tie-ups, banking tie-ups, and RWA meetings to build customer base.
  • Engage with walk-in customers during marketing events and ensure a strong conversion pipeline for the sales team.

3. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work with printers, event agencies, branding vendors, and third-party partners to execute marketing deliverables.
  • Build relationships with bank branches and financial institutes for cross-promotions.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective execution of marketing materials.

4. Reporting & Analysis

  • Track and report the performance of offline campaigns, including lead quality, footfall, and ROI.
  • Maintain MIS reports for daily, weekly, and monthly marketing activities.
  • Provide insights to improve future marketing strategies.

5. Budget Management

  • Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and allocating the offline marketing budget.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of resources and strict adherence to cost controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in offline marketing, with exposure to real estate projects or banking/financial products.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Jaipur local markets and real estate micro-locations is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage events, field activities, and co-branding initiatives independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21, ₹45,927.80 per month
