
B2B Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven B2B Business Development Manager to drive sales growth by acquiring and managing corporate and wholesale clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, quotation and pricing negotiations, and managing the end-to-end B2B sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals and post-sale follow-ups.
- Prepare and manage quotations, pricing discussions, and custom client requirements.
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate and wholesale accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment, dispatch, and after-sales service.
- Track sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups to meet monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and negotiations.
Requirements:
- 5–6 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in FMCG, e-commerce, or corporate gifting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in using LinkedIn, email, and other B2B outreach tools.
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and meet sales targets under deadlines.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive sales approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
