About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our HORECA expansion. This role involves managing a small sales team, driving revenue, and building strong partnerships in the hospitality and food service sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage Business Development Executives.
  • Handle end-to-end client relationships — from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Manage existing clients, ensure timely order execution, and encourage repeat business.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, and accounts) for smooth operations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and recommend product or market expansion ideas.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry meets, and networking events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of proven experience in FMCG or HORECA sales.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing a small sales team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with ownership and accountability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
