About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our HORECA expansion. This role involves managing a small sales team, driving revenue, and building strong partnerships in the hospitality and food service sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage Business Development Executives.
- Handle end-to-end client relationships — from lead generation to deal closure.
- Manage existing clients, ensure timely order execution, and encourage repeat business.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, and accounts) for smooth operations.
- Identify new business opportunities and recommend product or market expansion ideas.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry meets, and networking events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 4–5 years of proven experience in FMCG or HORECA sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing a small sales team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with ownership and accountability.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
