Business Development Executive

About the Role
Ganesh Enterprises is a Kolkata-based B2B dry fruits company expanding into the HORECA segment with our core products — Cashews (Kaju) and Fox NUts (Makhana), followed by other dry fruits. We're looking for an energetic and driven Business Development Executive to help us build our HORECA presence across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold outreach through calls, LinkedIn, social channels, and other sources to identify new HORECA clients (hotels, restaurants, caterers, cafés).
- Assist seniors in deal closures and client presentations.
- Attend virtual and in-person sales meetings as required.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Ensure repeat business by maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
- Maintain and update client data, leads, and closed deals on Zoho Sheets and CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and accounts.
- Generate invoices, sales reports, and maintain documentation.
- Handle client queries and complaints professionally.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience in HORECA sales (dry fruits experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with digital tools, spreadsheets, and CRMs.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
