**Experience**: 1 - 3 years

**Salary Range**: ₹70,000 - ₹80,000 per month

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **B2B Sales Executive** to join our team. The role involves building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth through effective communication and strategic selling.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, approach, and convert potential B2B clients.
- Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
