We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented International Business Development Manager to drive export growth and expand our presence in global markets This role is ideal for someone with experience in international B2B sales preferably in textiles packaging or sustainable products and a strong understanding of export processes and trade regulations Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets focusing on eco-friendly jute bags Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas buyers importers distributors and agents Develop and implement international sales strategies to drive export growth Conduct market research to identify potential countries regions for expansion Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to order closure Negotiate pricing contract terms and delivery schedules with international clients Represent the company at international trade shows exhibitions and B2B networking events Coordinate with internal departments production logistics quality finance to ensure smooth execution of export orders Stay up to date with international trade policies documentation requirements and import export regulations Prepare sales reports forecasts and market insights for management Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business International Trade Marketing or related field MBA preferred but not mandatory 3-5 years of experience in international business development or export sales preferably in textiles handicrafts or eco-friendly product categories Proven track record of handling international clients and driving export sales Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Knowledge of international shipping export documentation and trade compliance Ability to travel internationally as needed Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Fluency in English knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus
