Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and creating strategic plans to drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to align business development strategies with marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Business Development, Sales, and Strategic Planning skills
- Experience in conducting Market Research and identifying new business opportunities
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain stakeholder Relationships
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the SaaS industry is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
