Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven Presales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold calling, lead generation, client engagement, pitching property offerings, and scheduling site visits. This is a high-impact role with a direct influence on sales conversions and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to potential leads and maintain a high call volume daily.
  • Generate and qualify leads through various online and offline channels.
  • Explain property features, location advantages, pricing, and other key details to potential clients.
  • Build rapport and maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture leads.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients.
  • Update and manage CRM systems with accurate lead information and status.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Stay updated on current property inventory, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate telesales or presales role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Proven track record of lead generation and appointment scheduling.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
  • Fluency in [Mention Languages – e.g., English, Hindi, Marathi].

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200, ₹300,000.00 per year
