Presales Executive

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven Presales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold calling, lead generation, client engagement, pitching property offerings, and scheduling site visits. This is a high-impact role with a direct influence on sales conversions and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to potential leads and maintain a high call volume daily.
- Generate and qualify leads through various online and offline channels.
- Explain property features, location advantages, pricing, and other key details to potential clients.
- Build rapport and maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture leads.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients.
- Update and manage CRM systems with accurate lead information and status.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Stay updated on current property inventory, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate telesales or presales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Proven track record of lead generation and appointment scheduling.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
- Fluency in [Mention Languages – e.g., English, Hindi, Marathi].
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹200, ₹300,000.00 per year
