Job Overview:
As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, introducing our products/services, and generating leads for the sales team. Your primary goal will be to set up appointments or qualify leads to support the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lists.
- Introduce the company’s products/services and explain their benefits.
- Engage potential customers in conversation to identify their needs.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads as necessary to nurture relationships and drive interest.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective calling strategies.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and lead generation targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive abilities and a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
